Terms of Service

By using PicsOn (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

PicsOn is built and operated by CRODE Labs, a brand of Not a Parent Company Pvt Ltd ("NAPCo"). We do not provide custom client services.

• You are 18+ and legally able to contract.
• You must keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required.
• Until our Merchant-of-Record (MoR) partner is active, payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.
• Once the MoR is approved and live, the MoR's legal entity will appear in checkout, and the MoR will handle payments, taxes, receipts, and compliance.
• Some regions may require alternative payment flows depending on regulations.

• Free trials and credits are provided at our discretion and may be updated or revoked.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy and are generally not granted for consumed credits.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Services.
• Use the Services to send spam or violate any laws.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

All software, designs, and content are CRODE Labs IP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with your plan.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and personal data.

Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment processors and (when active) MoR partners act as independent controllers for checkout-related data under their own privacy and security standards.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change without notice. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or compliance requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRODE Labs's aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold CRODE Labs harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You confirm you are not restricted under export control or sanctions laws and will not use the Services in violation of such laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Courts in Malé hold exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your region.

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
